12mo (154 x 95 mm). Fore-edge of title-page and contents leaf a trifle frayed; some browning and staining, particularly to edges. Later full brown morocco, red morocco lettering-piece.
This edition also contains the Constitution of Vermont, its first appearance in a collection of state constitutions.
