First edition. Galloway, politician and prominent Loyalist during the Revolution, in this pamphlet outlines his desire that the colonies remain with Great Britain. Here Galloway points out, in his sub-title, “the policy & necessity of offering to the Americans a system of government founded in the principles of the British Constitution.”
