Presented at natural cask strength, without added colouring or chill filtration, this one of one bottle contains single malt drawn from an antique 1978 Sherry Puncheon (Cask No. 1379). This incredibly special expression, hand-signed by Billy Walker, was exclusively bottled at 43% abv for The Distillers One of One auction 2021
