21 different growths, Pinot Noir 42%, Pinot Meunier 26%, Chardonnay 32%. In 2018, this has that biscuity, orange nose and mature depth, both sweet and broad. We, very naughtily, tasted and savoured it and then added a good dose of the 1990 that we had to hand - the result was astounding, combining profound flavour with distinct, forceful life. 選用21個葡萄園的葡萄，42%黑皮諾、26% Pinot Meunier和32%莎當妮。2018年品嚐，有餅乾香和橙香，成熟深沉，甘香豐厚。我們細細品試、回味一番後，手邊正好有一瓶1990年份，興之所至，大膽地加入一些1990年份的酒液，結果驚艷不已，味道深邃濃郁，結合一股蓬勃朝氣。希望我這樣做不會太過火。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師MW）
