A large Vienna-style vase and cover on stand, Late 19th century
of flattened form affixed with two scroll handles, the shield-shaped body painted by Seller, on one side with a procession scene, titled 'The entry Henry IV in Paris', the reverse with an interior scene of an alchemist's presentation, titled 'Rudolf II. Emperor of Germany and King of Bohemia visits his Alchimist (sic)' the domed foot painted with scenes of pairs of figures, one signed Seller, reserved on a cobalt-blue ground enriched with raised-gilt scrollwork ornament, shield mark in blue-enamel
