Italian, probably Milan, early 17th century | Cameo with a woman

The matt surface and the facial type of this curious cameo recall carvings by the Miseroni. Compare with the bust of a woman from the Miseroni workshops, early 17th-century, in the Museo degli Argenti (inv. no. 180).
