Shchekotikhina-Pototskaya, painted by Maria Kirilova, circular, the cavetto inscribed in Russian 'celebrating 1 May in Petrograd [in the] year 1921', the sailor's hat inscribed 'Baltflot', for Baltic Fleet, the border painted with buildings in a landscape, marked on the underside in blue underglaze with hammer, sickle and cog, 1921, and in green underglaze with monogram for Nicholas II, 1890, also inscribed in blue 'After a dr.[awing] by Shchekotikhina' and signed MK
