decorated with polychrome rosettes, scrolling foliate motifs and geometric floral patterns on gilt stippled grounds, divided by a blue line running vertically through the composition, opening to reveal an icon of the Virgin Mary holding the shroud and the other an icon of Christ Pantocrator, with circular suspension loop, struck to the interior edge of both halves with maker's mark, 84 standard
