A Fabergé diamond and sapphire-set platinum pendant, designed by Albert Holmström, St Petersburg, circa 1909
diamond-set trefoil shape, formed as three concentric circles, each centring a pink, blue and yellow sapphire with diamond-set suspension loop, with an associated Fabergé box, with rubbed scratched inventory number
height incl. loop 4cm; 1½in.
