Total production: 1164 cases. In 2014, there is something "irony" and mineral on the nose - really fascinating. Romanée St. Vivant has had a complete transformation. Excellent cherry fruit on the palate. An outstanding collection of wines from Domaine de La Romanée-Conti featuring highly exceptional coveted cases in a variety of bottle formats, including assortments and a large offering of extremely rare Methuselahs - all in their original cases - spanning 1998 through 2011. All the wines were acquired on release directly from the Domaine and cellared in professional temperature-controlled storage until removed for this auction. All the cases were sealed with the original bands from the Domaine until inspection by Sotheby’s specialists
