Fancy Blue Diamond, Colored Diamond and Diamond Ring

Featuring a 4.88-carat oval modified brilliant-cut Fancy Blue diamond bordered by round near-colorless diamonds and diamonds of pink hue, size 5.

Please note the primary gemstone in this lot is currently unmounted and will be remounted for the purchaser by Sotheby's.

Accompanied by GIA report no. 6173126521 dated May 15, 2015 stating that the diamond weighing 4.88 carats is Fancy Blue, Natural Color, VS1 clarity. Together with a letter from the GIA stating that the blue diamond has been determined to be Type IIb.

Please note that the diamonds of pink hue have not been tested for natural origin of color.
