Omega introduced the Seamaster 300 in 1957, with a very small number of these watches made for the military. From approximately 1967 to 1970, custom designed Omega watches were issued to members of the British Royal Army and Navy. Over the years, the Seamaster 300 has proved itself to be an extremely reliable instrument for timekeeping and has become highly collectible.
