Patek Philippe

The reference 5207 was introduced in 2008 in platinum, and is well known among watch collectors for having a reputation as the 2nd most complicated wristwatch Patek Philippe ever produced, just after the Sky-moon tourbillon reference 5002. Eventually the present pink gold version was introduced in 2012, and in 2013 the reference 5307 with upgraded diamond-set bezel. The reference 5207 is the only watch in the current Patek Philippe production to combine three of the most meticulous watch complications to one, namely the perpetual calendar, minute repeater and the tourbillon. The reference 5207 is a three dimensional beauty both mechanically and aesthetically. The subtle black dial features a magnificent perpetual calendar, and unlike regular perpetual calendars, the 5207 has an instantaneous display, which advances to the next day in fractions of a second. A sliding piece is fitted towards the case side harmoniously among the beautifully engraved case band. Upon activation the minute repeater chimes in precision with a graceful tone. Taking a look on the movement side, the mechanical caliber RTO 27 PS QI consists of an astounding 557 parts and even features a tourbillon carriage, all shown under the sapphire crystal display back.

Complete with all original accessories, the reference 5207 is a superb complication and the present example is preserved in excellent condition. This is also for the first time, a pink 5207 appears on the market.
