Originally sold to benefit the charity Kidz Horizon Appeal which supplies medical equipment to underprivileged children, this unique execution of the Excalibur Huracan features several features making it distinct from the standard production model.
Exclusive to the present watch, the bezel and caseback have been created from titanium, and the rest of the case out of C-SMC carbon fiber, the same material as the Lamborghini Huracan which this model was inspired by. The red accents throughout the watch are also unique to this example.
The skeletonized dial is extremely visually captivating, with the micro-rotor mounted dial-side for added nuance. What may not be immediately visible is that the balance wheel is actually mounted on a 12 degree incline, designed to reduce gravitationally induced timing deviations in all orientations. With a truly avant-garde design and being a unique piece, this Roger Dubuis wristwatch is for the collector striving to own pieces of visual interest, and are not owned by anyone else on the planet.
