Given the nickname ‘Coin Edge’ referring to its bezel, reference 3473 was made for only 2 years and in very limited numbers. The 35mm Baumgartner made case is 2 pieces, with a handed reeded bezel that was unique to this reference, screw-down case back, attractive turned down soldered lugs and distinctive PP waterproof crown. The movement is the caliber 27 460 with 37 jewels with a Giromax balance and a massive gold rotor. Given the short production period, reference 3473 is rarely seen, with only circa 100 made in total, and only 5 returning to the market in yellow gold.
