Modulus, Black Knife model guitar, no serial number, made in the USA. Ebony fingerboard on graphite neck, strat style body in multi-piece construction, three emg single-coil active pickups, one volume two tones, three on/off switches, covered 5 way hole, Kahler trem inset to body, locking nut, Gotoh tuners, includes original hard shell case. 

Good condition. Regular play wear evident and some modifications from original. Missing one tone knob.
