According to our research, the present watch, was manufactured in 1992 and represents an incredibly early example of the reference, given the brand had only been founded a year earlier. According to the undated Certificate signed by creator Franck Muller himself, this reference 7000, cased in platinum, was produced in a limited edition of only 10 pieces. The highly attractive chronograph features the 'No. 1' to the dial at 3 o'clock and to the back case. Considering the watch's age the present lot is likely one of the first executions in platinum for Franck Muller, and based on its No. 1 designation, might it be the first ever completed?
