8vo (203 x 121 mm). Section title for the Laws of the State of Delaware; lower inside corner of B1 soiled, some marginal staining in quires L–M. Nineteenth-century marbled boards (rebacked), spine partially perished.
Extract from an edition of Laws of the State of Delaware, pages 3-91 only, containing the Delaware Constitution of 1792, the second governing document for the Delaware state government. The constitution was in effect from its adoption on 12 June 1792 until it was replaced by a new constitution on 2 December 1831.
