Jacombe, Tucson, Arizona, ruled blind, decorative pastedowns; binding worn with loss to spine, large chip to rear board. Housed in a quarter morocco folding case.

An early imprint of the text of the proposed Arizona state constitution from 1910. The constitution was vetoed by President Taft, who was particularly concerned about Article VIII, which allowed for the recall of judges. The document was eventually amended to remove this provision, and Arizona achieved statehood in 1912.
