Artists' letters
A collection of four items, comprising:
i) Camille Pissarro. Autograph letter signed, to his wife Julie ("My dear Julie"), discussing a doctor's appointment ("... the eye examination is favourable..."), and general family news, 2 pages, 8vo, verso blank, Bedford Park, London, 11 May 1897;
ii) David Roberts. Autograph letter signed, to Jack Frederick Lewis ("My dear Jack"), with regards to his election to associate at the Royal Academy, 1 page, 8vo, integral blank, 7 Fitzroy Street, 18 January 1859;
iii) Eugene Isabey. Autograph letter signed, to Adrien Dauzats ("Mon Cher President"), asking to convey regrets as he has "this moment received an invitation which I am forced to accept", 3 pages, with autograph address panel, with blue monogram at head;
iv) Andy Warhol. Signed photographic portrait by Mike Tighe, 252 x 195mm., black and white, signed by Warhol, printed caption, c, 1970s;
