The Life Cube Project was inspired by the artist's trip to Burning Man. Since then, the Life Cube has had thirteen art installations and museum exhibits. In response to the pandemic, the Life Cube was part of virtual Burning Man, and the artist was inspired to create a digital Life Cube composed of over 1.7 million photos with the #burningman hash tag, and gifted it to Burning Man.
