An important celadon jade ‘C-shaped' 'dragon' pendant
Neolithic period, Hongshan culture
of typical 'C' shape with an arched body extending to a pointed tip at the tail, its head detailed with bulging eyes, upturned snout and an undulating crest, the stone of pale yellowish celadon colour with cloudy inclusions
