A rare incised celadon jade and lacquer 'Longevity' table screen

Qing dynasty, 18th century


the pale celadon jade plaque carved with gilt longevity characters shou and set in a lacquer frame decorated with peach sprays in gold hiramaki-e on a gold speckled ground, the reverse applied with a red lacquer and similarly decorated with incised and gilt shou characters
