cast with a pear-shaped body rising from a short ring foot widely flaring to a trumpet mouth, the neck cast with a pair of handles shaped in the form of an elephant’s head and decorated with a band of archaistic designs, the neck and the lower body with four cicada leaves enclosing archaistic taotie masks, the patina of a variegated reddish-brown tone
