A pair of yellow-glazed incised 'dragon' bowls

Mark and period of Guangxu

each with deep rounded sides resting on a straight foot to a gilt rim, finely incised around the exterior with two five-clawed dragons striding among flames above turbulent waves in pursuit of the flaming pearl, covered overall in an bright lemon yellow glaze, save for the base left white and inscribed with a six-character Guangxu mark
