I gave this 100 points in the historic Millennium Champagne tasting in Stockholm and, in 2016 from magnum, it is still a classy, beauteous wine, marrying maturity with freshness.

It has the creamy harmony and lacy finesse of texture we expect in Cristal, amplifying on the palate and with a glorious, silky send-off. This has to be a lesson in Champagne making. In 2017 and from magnum, it is still very pale, with a lovely nuttiness to it. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
