cast to imitate snakeskin, with mounted entwined Cyrillic initials GV, mounted with a cabochon sapphire thumbpiece, the interior of the cover engraved with facsimile signatures, the interior base engraved with date 1903, struck with workmaster's initials IA in Cyrillic, 84 standard
