Reference 6239 is the first Daytona model that Rolex launched. Introduced in 1963 in America and in 1964 in Europe, the reference was available until 1969. This watch is powered by the caliber 72B movement which was used during the first period of the models production (1963-1965). The present example is in very good overall condition, and is an excellent addition to any collection of vintage sports watches.
