One of the most attractive and well known vintage watches by Patek Philippe, reference 570 was introduced in 1938 as a larger version of the reference 96 and remained in production until 1972 making it one the longest running production wrist watches in Patek Philippe’s illustrious history. It was made in stainless steel, stainless steel and gold, yellow, pink and white gold with a small number produced in platinum, with a dial featuring either subsidiary or sweep center seconds, the latter with caliber 12 SC or 27 SC.

With a 35.5 mm. diameter, it was initially considered quite a large watch for the era, but it is undisputable that it is a size that has aged incredibly well and is perfectly proportioned for the modern wrist. Its size, combined with the minimalist aesthetics and standard 20 mm. lug width makes reference 570 adaptable to almost any occasion. Scholarship suggests this watch is fresh to the market and furthermore has been preserved in excellent overall condition.
