The reference 3770/1 holds a unique place within the Patek Philippe line-up as an obvious blend between the Nautilus and the Ellipse. Signed by none other than Favre Perret, the stainless-steel case is constructed similarly to its main Nautilus inspiration, showcasing the signature ears as well as the integrated bracelet. The main oval shape however is strongly reminiscent of the Ellipse model, usually associated to much dressier looks. Available in stainless steel, stainless steel and gold and gold, the watch was exclusively offered with the quartz E27 caliber, thought to become a promising alternative amidst the Quartz crisis.
