The Tradition collection harks back to the golden age of Breguet and craftsmanship, paying tribute to the Souscription timepieces. The reference 7027 was released in 2006 and offered in both yellow and white gold versions.
The present yellow gold example, dated from 2006, is an early example of the reference. The hand-wound calibre 507DR was developed to display the escapement, barrel and all mechanical intricacies on the dial side. Its gilt finishing and construction are strongly influenced by the early pocket watch movements. The 50-hour power reserve is elegantly displayed, creating a ballet of blued hands and screws, wonderfully colouring the dial.
This impressive timepiece is offered with its original documentation and presentation case. The current retail price for a similar piece is GBP 22,000.
