NICOLA CASISSA | STILL LIFE OF FLOWERS WITH A FOUNTAIN

Nicola Cassisa was active in the early 18^th century in Campania and Naples and like his master Andrea Belvedere specialized in still lives. The current work is characteristic of his colourful late Baroque compositions, which often combined flowers and animals with architectural elements.
