in Japanese-style, comprising a Teapot, Hot Milk Jug, Creamer, covered Sugar Bowl, and circular Tray, the spot-hammered surfaces with spiral and beaded decoration, the necks acid-etched with flowering vines, monogrammed HMVS, the teapot also with date 1882

marked on bases, the set numbered 4676-4856, the tray 5767-4621
