A VIENNA TWO-HANDLED POT-POURRI VASE AND COVER, 1796
painted in sepia with a view thought to be Frankfurt, the reverse with a vignette of a classical figure by a temple beside a pine avenue, within richly gilt octagonal cartouches, the dark blue ground with urns issuing scrolling foliage and swags of flowers, the handles moulded with acanthus, the neck pierced, the lower part moulded with stiff leaves, blue shield mark, impressed numerals
