A PARCEL-GILT GOLD, SILVER AND PEARL-SET TRIPTYCH ICON, OLOVYANISHNIKOV AND SONS, MOSCOW, 1908-1917
the plain polished cover opening to reveal Christ the Saviour of the World flanked by Saint Anne and Saint Nicholas, all with gold halos, elaborately decorated with filigree, niello scrolls and seed and bezel-set pearls within gilt borders, struck throughout with maker's mark, 84 standard, the halos 56 standard
opened 15.8 by 21cm, 6⅛ by 8¼in.
