It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Superman! Superman is a 1948 15-part black-and-white film series, based on the comic book character Superman. It was directed by Thomas Carr and Spencer Gordon Bennet, and stars Kirk Alyn as Superman. This poster was used to advertise the final chapter of the 15 part series. Not many of these individual chapter posters are known to have survived.
