The central element designed as two hooks supporting a pendant, collet-set with a cabochon star ruby and a carved emerald, smaller cabochon rubies and emeralds and pavé-set with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, to a flattened curb link chain, length approximately 380mm, signed Bulgari, maker's mark, pouch stamped Bulgari.
