This automatic Daytona, reference 16520, is very rare indeed. The watch is fitted with a test dial, used by technicians at the firm. The dial itself is quite plain but gives this Daytona a very unique appeal. In Pucci Papaleo's new book, Daytona Perpetual, there is an illustration with similar test dials on page 119. Further noted in the book, it states that these test dials were used by Rolex for chronometer testing. This is for the first time a test dial Zenith Daytona to be offered on the market and the watch is accompanied by its punched Guarantee that further described the dial as being white.
