A continuation of Cartier’s design from the 1920s, the present watch embraces a double chapter ring with hour markers from numbers one through twelve on the outer ring in Roman numerals, and thirteen through twenty-four on the inner ring in Arabic numerals; similar to an example founded by Edmond Jaeger in 1911.

Decorated in a modest yet refined silver on silver monochromatic styled dial and case, the present watch displays pure luxury in a sophisticated manner and is complete with original heavy platinum chain.
