Released for the Japanese market in 2007, it was Vacheron's very first watch to use "exotic" materials, titanium. In partnership with a Japanese car magazine titled "Engine", hence the watch's name. The dial's chronograph indicators are oriented like the gauges of a car's dashboard, with the zero positions for each aligned at 7:30. The center surface of the dial is carbon fiber, the bezel and screw-down locks of the chronograph's pushers are in titanium. Only 50 pieces were made.
