A LONGQUAN CELADON JAR, GUAN
MING DYNASTY, 15TH/16TH CENTURY
明十五/十六世紀 龍泉青釉纏枝蓮紋罐
boldly carved around the exterior with a band of large lotus blooms above a band of upright lappets around the base, covered overall in an unctuous celadon glaze save for the rim and foot ring burnt orange in firing
