55% Cabernet Franc, 45% Merlot. Very spicy nose with a real coffee taste. Very classic in structure, without excessive extraction which is not their style. They prefer to bring out the freshness to balance the richness. Silky, harmonious and so 'clean'. This could be their best wine since 1998, although the jury is out and it would be foolish to forget the 2000. In 2015, so fresh, with so much fruity attack. Meaty and so lively. 此酒以55%卡本納．弗朗和45%梅樂葡萄來釀製。辛香撲鼻，帶有香濃的咖啡香味。此酒的結構芳醇典雅，葡萄未有 過度壓榨，正是白馬堡的一貫風格。釀酒師刻意提升葡萄酒的鮮爽，以平衡那濃稠的酒質。此酒柔滑如絲，既和諧，又「純淨」。相信這是自1998年後的頂尖之作，話雖如此，但若忽視2000年的作品必定令你懊悔不已。2015年品嚐，非常鮮活，果味充沛，帶肉香且充滿活力。施慧娜（葡萄酒大 師 M.W.）
