款識:莘耕仁兄雅屬,陳融。鈐印:「丁亥七十二」、「顒盦」

注:陳融,字協之,號頤庵。原籍江蘇,後遷廣東番禺。1905年加入同盟會,與朱執信、汪兆銘等人結「群智社」,宣傳革命。一九一三年後,歷任廣東法政學校校長、廣東高等法院院長、廣州國民政府秘書長、總統府國策顧問等職。陳融通詩文,喜藏書,歷年蒐集清代、近代詩文集近萬家、二千餘種,1938年廣州淪陷,其「顒園」藏書散失,殘存的清人詩集數百種,歸於中山大學圖書館。

Collection of Wang Heng. (Lot 798-800)

Wang Heng, a native of Fujian, was the Deputy Chief and Lieutenant General during the period against Japanese Aggression. He was appointed as the Hong Kong representative of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and was a known collector of paintings and calligraphy.

 

王衡先生舊藏書畫 Lot798-800

王氏,字辛耕,福建閩侯縣人,畢業於黃埔軍校。抗日期間,屢任國軍要職,官拜國民黨陸軍總司令部中將副參謀長。生平喜收藏,亦好詩詞歌賦,並樂與文人雅士及書法家交往,互贈字畫,曾獲委任為多届香港區全國政協委員。
