An Etruscan Bucchero-Ware Hydria
6th Century B.C.
with twisted lifting handles, decorated in relief with winged horses on the body, sphinxes flanking palmettes on the shoulder, a mask flanked by felines on the neck, a warrior on the pouring handle, and protruding masks along the rim.
Height 56 cm.
