inscribed NIKH-EIPHNH (along the base); also inscribed A·ST.GAUDENS·ASPET·MCMIV· and stamped GORHAM CO. FOUNDERS (beneath the neck)
bronze with reddish-brown patina
height: 8 inches (20.3 cm) on a 5 inch (12.7 cm) marble base
