Suspending an openwork pendant centering a button-shaped pearl, embellished with numerous old European and single-cut diamonds, surmounted by a near round pearl from a lattice work seed pearl chain, the clasp further set with single-cut diamonds.
- Diamonds weighing a total of approximately 7.50 carats
- Pearls measuring from approximately 11.3 x 11.0 to 2.6 mm
