Arabic manuscript on paper, 292 leaves plus 3 fly-leaves, 15 lines to the page, written in naskh in black ink, ruled in black and gold, verses separated by gold and polychrome pointed roundels, surah headings in white riqa’ against a gold ground within polychrome cartouches, polychrome and gold hisb, juz and sajdahs markers in the margins, f.1b and f.2a with an illuinated frontispiece, f.291a with a finispiece folio with the colophon within an almond-shaped gold cartouche, in green gilt binding, with flap
