THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, US RE-RELEASE POSTER (LIGHT BLUE), TOM JUNG, 1982

This artwork by Tom Jung was used for the re-release of the film in 1982. The standard poster has the same artwork with a dark blue background. It is thought that this particular poster was a colour test poster before the final decision was made to go with the darker background. This alternative colour poster hardly ever surfaces.
