Formerly in The Ira Resnick Collection. The scene depicted on this lobby card is from the film's stone age era, and has a wonderful image of Keaton playing golf.

This 1923 black-and-white American feature-length silent comedy was the first feature length film written, directed, produced and starring Buster Keaton. In order to safeguard Keaton's success in shorts, it was shot as three inter-cut short films, and covered three separate historical periods, with Keaton's mishaps in each setting. If the film had not been well received, it would have been broken into three separate short films.
