The present painting is a variant of the panel (11 x 9 cm.) today in the Musée des Beaux Arts, Angers.1 Sluijter-Seijffert also lists three copies: one in the Staatliche Museen, Schwerin;2 one with S. Nystad, The Hague, in 1978; and one which sold at Christie's, London, 23 October 1992, lot 168.
